Job summary

Dtcpay in Hong Kong seeks a Compliance Associate/Manager to oversee regulatory compliance matters for a leading digital payments company. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and drives licensing, regulatory reporting and policy development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HK compliance, strong knowledge of SFO/AMLO guidelines, and fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in HK financial institutions or licensed entities.
• Knowledge of SFO, AMLO, C&ED and CR guidelines; digital assets and blockchain.
• Experience handling regulator inspections, enquiries or licence applications.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licences, renewals, regulatory reports and filings.
• Act as contact point with regulators and coordinate inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the business.
• Review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures.
• Advise teams on regulatory requirements for new products and onboarding.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and track issues to closure.
• Deliver compliance training and support audits.
