Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Fund Services Onboarding Associate to support Relationship Managers in onboarding new fund clients, including hedge funds and PE funds. The role involves coordinating bank account openings, FATCA/CRS onboarding and KYC tracking, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

You will assist in regulator client services reviews, profitability analyses, and annual product/KYC refreshes, while maintaining templates and trackers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in financial services; fund services preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager for completion of onboarding and integration of new Fund Services Clients of CFSAL including newly set up hedge fund, PE, transfer fund from previous FA/ IM, bespoke services client and etc.
• Coordination in bank account opening, FATCA/CRS onboarding and KYC document tracking
• To assist on the onboarding system and parameter system data update
• Assist Relationship Manager to perform regulator client services review including operation versus services agreement, profitability analysis, client experience review, regulatory update, assist on client annual review on product and KYC-refresher perspective andmanage fund termination routine, etc.
• Assist maintaining onboarding team standard template, procedure and tracker
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Fund Services experience would be a plus.
• Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work.
