Job summary

Harvest Global Investments Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive team member to support fund vehicle establishments across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, UCITS and Cayman. You will assist in shaping product strategies and guiding development from concept through governance and launch, while supporting ongoing maintenance and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3 years’ experience with investment products in HK/UCITS/Cayman mainland markets and demonstrates

Qualifications

• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Professional level of English and Chinese speaking.
• Highly organised and detail orientated, able to meet deadlines.
• 3 years’ experience in Hong Kong/ UCITS/ Cayman and Mainland investment products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing offering documents and shareholder communications for fund vehicle establishment across HK, UCITS, Cayman and other jurisdictions.
• Assist in analysing ideas for new investment strategies and potential products.
• Assist in formulating product strategy and oversee the full product development process.
• Assist in product research including fund flow trends, new launches, ESG trends and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing the product launch process from inception through governance and board meetings.
• Assist to handle ongoing product maintenance and administration.
• Assist to coordinate with relevant departments on product development initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist to work with fund lawyers and legal team to prepare offering documents and shareholder communications relating to the fund vehicle establishment across a broad range of jurisdictions, ie. Hong Kong, Ucits, Cayman.
• Assist in analysing ideas for new investment strategies and potential products.
• Assist in formulating product strategy and work through the whole product development process.
• Assist in product research including fund flow trends, new product launches across regions, ESG trends, regulatory requirement etc.
• Assist to manage the product launch process from inception through the governance and through to the board meetings.
• Assist to handle on-going product maintenance and administration,
• Assist to coordinate with relevant departments on product development related initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.
