Job summary

Nomura's International Wealth Management team in Hong Kong seeks an Associate, Relationship Manager to manage a UHNW client portfolio with tailored investment strategies and exceptional service.

You will drive client acquisition, ensure rigorous KYC and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with product specialists to deliver suitable investment opportunities. A strong track record in wealth management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in wealth management and private banking for HNW clients.
• Experience providing personalized investment advice and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and assets.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals.
• Identify prospects within the market and actively acquire new clients.
• Introduce clients to a wide range of products based on suitability.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports, and documentation for all clients.
• Assist in new business/product development with product and service specialists.
• Contribute to revenue and AUM targets for Wealth Management.
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and AML procedures in HK and region.
