Job summary

MSD Malaysia based in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Key Account Manager, Oncology, to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. You will deliver product information, clinical data, and training to support adoption of our oncology portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams across regions, manage assigned accounts, and align activities with regulatory and compliance standards while pursuing growth and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare or related fields.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and a will to succeed.
• Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills.
• Team player; account management experience is an advantage.
• Oncology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the Oncology portfolio with healthcare professionals through face-to-face engagement and presentations.
• Educate on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate use; address questions with solutions.
• Manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities to expand adoption and business growth.
• Execute compliant promotional activities and account plans aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement and report on performance.
• Maintain product and therapeutic knowledge to support healthcare professionals.
