Associate Product Manager — Pharma Brand & Access

Job summary

MSD in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Product Manager to support end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing strategies across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV. You will collaborate with Medical, Sales, Access, Regulatory, Finance and Supply teams to drive brand execution, lifecycle management and market access initiatives.

You will contribute to forecast planning, launch readiness and performance dashboards while supporting the HIV pipeline and alliance activities under the Marketing Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations or a related role; prior pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in brand planning, campaign execution, product lifecycle management or launch preparation is an advantage.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with external partners, distributors or agencies is preferred.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing actions.
• Solid understanding of digital, data-driven marketing and analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on performance, ROI and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive Marketing Plans across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV.
• Lead day-to-day brand planning and execution.
• Analyze market evolution, customer needs and business performance to guide actions.
• Coordinate DKSH Alliance execution and track KPIs.
• Co-lead access and tender initiatives with partners to broaden patient reach.
• Translate brand strategy into go-to-market plans and training materials.
