Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Automation Architect to lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of automation solutions across Asia Pacific. You will provide hands-on technical leadership in RPA/RDA, architecture, testing, documentation, and optimization, with coverage of Hong Kong and China and collaboration with Costa Rica and Poland in overlapping hours.

You will design scalable automation, build and maintain RPA/RDA/workflow solutions using UiPath,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
9–12 years hands‑on automation experience.
Experience with UiPath and REFramework.
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, IDP, APIs, and systems integration.
Proficiency in Power Platform, Python, .NET, and Azure.
Familiarity with ERP systems and modern development frameworks.
Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead automation architecture and scalable solution design.
Develop and deliver RPA/RDA and workflow automation using UiPath, Python, Power Automate, and .NET.
Identify opportunities with AI, Generative AI, IDP, and process mining.
Gather requirements and define value propositions with stakeholders.
Maintain governance, reviews, and documentation.
Improve reliability, performance, and user adoption of automations.
Provide technical leadership and coaching to teams.
Engage stakeholders through workshops and architecture discussions.
Stay updated on emerging automation technologies.
Ensure security and compliance of automation implementations.
