Job summary

Withers in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate to join the Litigation & Arbitration team. The role focuses on advising clients in commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations, with collaboration across offices and practice groups.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years PQE in litigation/arbitration/regulatory investigation, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire an Associate to join the Withers Hong Kong Litigation & Arbitration team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Litigation & Arbitration team and have experience with commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigation. The role will at times be demanding and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient worker who can prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

Areas of focus and responsibilities

The role is focused on advising and assisting an exceptional client base of private and public companies, entrepreneurs and their families and family offices, in commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigation.

Given our multi-disciplinary approach in providing our clients with solutions, you will also get to collaborate with colleagues with an exceptional wealth of experience both in the Hong Kong office and other offices, and other practice groups.
