Job summary

Based in Hong Kong, CITIC Securities International seeks an Associate to support day-to-day inquiries in the Fixed Income Structuring team and partner with Structured Credit Traders on client-driven transactions. The role aims to grow CSI's bespoke note distribution and develop new payoffs as investor demand evolves.

Candidates with 5+ years revenue production and hands-on experience in both structured notes and OTC derivatives in fixed income may be considered for Associate Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in financial engineering, financial mathematics or data modelling.
• Experience with structured notes and fixed income products, with revenue production history.
• SFC licensing 1, 2 & 4 is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Take product ownership for growth of CSI's international structured franchise.
• Collaborate with Structured Sales and Traders to develop payoffs.
• Prepare marketing materials on new products and seek investor feedback.
• Ensure regulatory compliance on product suitability for structured notes and derivatives.
