Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an analyst to support day-to-day trade inquiries for equity and fixed income structured products and to assist in end-to-end product development.

You will conduct market research, coordinate with Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Operations, and help manage the lifecycle of structured transactions under tight deadlines. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related majors.
1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, securities firm, or global financial institution.
Knowledge of structured products, OTC derivatives, and legal docs (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA) is a strong plus.
Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; scripting/modeling skills (Python/VBA) are a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-department teams.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day trade inquiries for equity and fixed income structured products (e.g., structured notes, OTC derivatives, financing structures).
Assist in end-to-end product development, including payoff design, term sheet drafting, back-testing, and governance processes.
Conduct market research, peer analysis, and asset monitoring to identify client themes and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external counsels for trade execution and lifecycle.
Track pipeline milestones and resolve structuring, documentation, or operational bottlenecks in a timely manner.
