CITIC Securities International Company Limited is seeking an Associate Director to lead the FICC Client Fund Management team in Hong Kong. The role oversees end-to-end operational processes across multi-asset and credit investment strategies, ensuring robust controls, accurate NAV calculations, and timely client reporting.

You will coach and supervise junior analysts, maintain regulatory-compliant procedures, and drive improvements in processes, automation, and system interfaces with custodians

Formación

• 1–2 years of staff management experience.
• Proactively identify operational risks.
• Degree holder in business, accounting, finance.

Responsabilidades

• Establish setup and operate the environment linking custodians, brokers, and valuation agents to ensure correct portfolio capture and reporting.
• Implement supervisory controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of NAV calculations and client reports.
• Identify operational risks and apply risk mitigation to uphold institutional standards in client servicing.
• Support internal audits, external audits, regulatory reviews and due diligence.
• Drive process improvements via automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements with IT/vendors.
• Ensure proper segregation of FICC Client Fund Management operations from Client Portfolio Management to avoid conflicts of interest.
