CITIC Securities International Company Limited in APAC seeks an experienced business developer to drive new client acquisitions and grow revenue across Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds and Hedge Funds.

The role requires a Master’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 7 years in fund or financial solutions, with strong Mandarin and English skills and an established network of contacts.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fund, financial solutions or corporate solutions.
• Experience in client services or relationship management.
• Existing network of third-party influencers and business contacts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, funds, local and offshore.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Contribute to new client acquisitions and increase revenue in APAC
• Develop a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities across the region that align to clients’ needs across Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds and Hedge Funds
• Locate and identify potential clients within the fund industry
• Develop and establish business development growth strategies
• Collaborate with senior management team to update new products and market trends
• Undertake market outreach programs based on strategic initiatives
• Develop and manage a network of third-party influencers and business contacts
• Build, manage and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in fund, financial solutions and corporate solutions, ideally with an established fund administrator, financial service provider, asset management firm or securities services provider
• Experience in client services or relationship management function
• Existing network of third-party influencers and business contacts preferred
• Knowledge of financial market including local and offshore funds markets
• Strong self-confidence, strategic mind to lead and/or contribute to discussion with all type of stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Demonstrated sales skills and ability to deliver on targets
• Proven experience working with senior figures in the development of client relationships
• Strong verbal and written Mandarin & English skills are essential, and working experiences with Chinese background company is a plus
