Job summary

ComplianceOne Consulting Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Compliance Consultant to support SFC licensing matters and client advisory services. The role reports to Senior Compliance Consultants and requires a proactive, meticulous learner with strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate has a finance/legal/commercial background, good English/Chinese, and readiness to work on regulatory AML guidelines.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or junior-level candidates welcome.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration or related disciplines; relevant financial working experience is a plus.
Strong thirst for knowledge, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of Hong Kong financial market, familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements and AML guidelines is preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Smart, meticulous, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Handle SFC licensing matters;
Provide advisory and consultancy service to clients who have engaged our Ongoing Compliance Support Service;
Review and prepare operational procedures, policies, manuals, and other documents;
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.
