Job summary

A leading European bank in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Client Services to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, handling client service, trade operations support, account maintenance and relationship management.

You will conduct client reviews, support portfolio reporting, and coordinate with Relationship Managers, in a role that requires strong communication, English and Korean fluency, and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in client services, sales support, trade operations, or client onboarding within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of the trade life-cycle and operational processes across front, middle, and back office functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Fluency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client service and operational requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and regular status updates.
• Provide day-to-day support on account maintenance, client documentation, settlement inquiries, audit confirmations, and transaction-related matters.
• Manage client communications proactively, identify service issues, and enhance the overall client experience through effective problem resolution.
• Conduct regular client reviews, including feedback collection, service performance monitoring, and KPI tracking.
• Support Relationship Managers and Business Managers with portfolio reviews, client reporting, and preparation of product review materials.
