Job summary

Acclime Corporate Services Limited is seeking an Account Assistant to handle full sets of accounts for multiple clients in Hong Kong, ensuring timely reporting. You will liaise with external auditors, support team leaders on client enquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on joint assignments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, about 1 year of accounting experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• 1 year of accounting related experience.
• CPA / professional firm with audit background is preferable but not mandatory.
• Solid knowledge on accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Good command in English, Cantonese / Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/ accounting systems.
• Well organized, accurate, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including financial statements, balance sheet schedules, general ledger & other reports, independently for different companies in accordance with clients’ reporting timeline.
• Liaise with external auditors to complete the annual statutory audit.
• Support the team leaders on clients' enquiries.

• Handle ad hoc projects and urgent requests from clients.
