Job summary
HKR International Limited seeks an Associate Senior Surveyor - Business Development in Hong Kong to support acquisition and conveyancing, conduct market research, and provide advisory input for development projects. You will help prepare feasibility studies and reports for management decisions.
The role requires a degree in Surveying or Real Estate, a professional designation (MHKIS or MRICS preferred), and at least three years' relevant experience in HK property markets or development
Qualifications
- Degree in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- MHKIS or MRICS is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in real estate development, market research of Hong Kong property market, preferably gained from property developers or consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of property opportunities.
- Conduct market research to assess property trends, market conditions, competitor activity and potential development opportunities.
- Carry out feasibility studies for property-related projects, including technical, commercial and financial assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, recommendations and presentations for management decision-making.
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, agents, landowners, government bodies and other relevant parties as required.
- Monitor property-related risks, issues and opportunities throughout the acquisition and development process; and
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
