Job summary

New World Facilities Management Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist in formulating strategies, coordinate reports, and manage manpower for optimal operation. The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in supervision, and English & Chinese proficiency.

The incumbent will liaise with hirers and contractors, oversee events as Duty Officer, and ensure timely responses to feedback while maintaining cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in business management, venue management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experiences with 2 years’ in supervisory level.
• Independent, well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in formulating operational strategies to maintain productivity and efficiency across services.
• Coordinate with Operations to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
• Plan daily manpower deployment by managing staff roster and coordinating with Operations for casual labour requisition and cost control.
• Monitor venue usage, revenue and traffic; coordinate with Operations to prepare reports and analyses.
• Act as Duty Officer to oversee events, direct staff, and address ad hoc requests.
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries, complaints and lost & found with timely responses.
• Liaise with hirers, contractors and on-site staff on visits, bookings, technical needs, set up, signage, and compliance.
