About the Role

The role supports system design and conducts development to deliver the business solution for the project according to requirements and engineering standards. The role holder performs system analysis, application development, unit testing, troubleshooting and operations support. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, architects, system assurance, project managers and operations teams, and works closely with Shenzhen development teams, System Assurance, Infrastructure and Operation teams. The focus is on delivering high-quality mobile and web systems on time and on budget, including high-volume customer-facing web channel applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support system design and conduct development to deliver business solutions for projects in line with requirements and engineering standards.
• Perform system analysis, application development, unit testing, troubleshooting and operations support work.
• Engage in effort estimation, service and application design, code construction, testing, maintenance and support of high-volume customer-facing web channel applications, comprising client, server and database components.
• Design, enhance, develop and maintain databases to support business and IT requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate or pilot new business-enabling technology.
• Perform software development and conduct reviews according to business requirements and defined Club IT processes and standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, system assurance, project managers and operations team to deliver high-quality mobile and web systems on time and on budget.
• Work closely with Shenzhen development teams, System Assurance, Infrastructure and Operation teams to deliver high-quality systems.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, system integration, and support.
• Proven experience in managing projects and leading development teams, both locally and remotely.
• Experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in database design, development, and management, particularly with SQL.
• Experience in vendor management and building strong working relationships.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge.
