• To assist Project Manager to manage the web and mobile app development project, including requirements, scheduling, change control, deployment planning, quality control and support
• To provide technical advices and propose solution based on user requirements and IT guidelines
• To liaise with stakeholders including internal business teams, IT teams and external vendors to achieve project goal
• To control and supervise project activities performed by vendors, especially development and system integration
• To actively contribute to scrum team using Agile/scrum methodologies
• To coordinate and prepare all relevant documents
• To assist IT operation, development, UAT and deployment
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

• University degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with minimum 5 years relevant experience in web or mobile app development
• Able to prepare good quality project and technical documents
• Proficient in Mobile App (iOS, Android) & Web development, Database (e.g. MariaDB), Restful API
• Knowledge in cloud services and infrastructure (e.g. AWS), analytics, SEO
• Experience using agile and scrum methodologies/principles and working in an Agile/ Scrum development environment is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
