Job summary

Happy Life Education Foundation Limited seeks an Assistant Teacher to support students across core subjects in a caring school community. You will assist with lesson prep, classroom setup, differentiation, and small-group support, while contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with 1+ year teaching or teaching-assistant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, preferred.
1+ year teaching or teaching-assistant experience.
Experience in international or bilingual settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist homeroom and subject teachers in planning and preparing learning materials.
Provide small-group and one-on-one support with differentiated learning strategies.
Assist with marking and data analysis for assessment reports and parent conferences.
Support English, Chinese, Maths, Science, and PE instruction as needed.
Monitor student wellbeing and behaviour and report concerns promptly.
Prepare materials, displays, and showcase student work.
Communicate student progress with parents where appropriate.
Participate in professional development and quality assurance activities.
