Job summary

Vocational Training Council (VTC) in Hong Kong seeks a skilled IT projects professional to plan, coordinate, implement, and maintain web, mobile and cloud-based applications. You will translate user requirements into technical specs and manage internal teams and service providers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience in IT project management, cloud-based solutions, APIs/SQL, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT with relevant experience.
• Experience in IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and maintain web, mobile and cloud-based apps.
• Assist in collecting requirements and convert to functional specs; coordinate teams and providers.
• Liaise with users and providers; support monitoring, deployment, training and related docs.
