Job summary

Holake Hong Kong Lifts Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a managerial professional to oversee lift and escalator maintenance within a designated area, planning resources and optimizing staffing in coordination with field supervisors.

You will review financials, monitor performance indicators, and drive improvement actions while ensuring compliance with safety and employment regulations. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a managerial capacity in lift & escalator industry.
• Customer & people orientation.
• Good leadership skills with strong drive on performance.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Less experience may consider as Senior Services Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for lift and escalator maintenance activities within his designated area and manage all resources in line with the policies and standards in order to meet the area and overall business targets
• Regularly reviewing the financial performance & other performance indicators within his designated area, identify the gaps and take improvement measures as appropriate
• Work in line with field supervisors to plan and optimize the staffing needs in the designated area, including route organization, manpower, workloads as well as training & development, and supervise the work processes and follow-up on the progress & results
• Conduct periodic inspections & observations to ensure our fulfillment and maintenance services are up to customer satisfaction
• Manage the maintenance portfolio and repairs, from the contract offer to the collection of bad debts, and other follow-up actions
• Establish close relationships with customers to investigate their needs, develop potential business opportunities and foster long term relationships
• Ensure all the work processes and practices are in compliance with employment legislations, statutory and safety requirements and other related
