Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevator Hong Kong Company Limited is seeking a Sales/Project Co-ordinator to support lift modernization projects in Hong Kong. You will negotiate with owners, property management, architects and contractors, conduct site surveys, and prepare technical specs and documentation.

The role requires an Engineering degree, fluency in English and Chinese, and solid interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Fluent English and Chinese are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dealings and negotiations with Owners, Property Management Company, Architect, Consultant and Contractor for sales inquiries.
• Handle modernization inquiries, budgeting, cost review, proposal preparation, tender submission and sales contract preparation.
• Carry out site surveys for lift conditions and logistics arrangements.
• Handle technical inquiries including factory inquiries, site issues, client requests, and implement measures to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical specifications, sales orders, purchase requisitions and verify drawings meet factory standards and customer requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external clients for work program and project progress.
• Prepare material submissions and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure material arrangement and smooth project execution.

Who are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent;


• Experience in lift modernization project will be an advantage; Fresh graduates Will be considered;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
