Job summary

Siemens Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Service Engineer (BMS) to drive service success, enhance customer satisfaction, and support building management systems through on-site supervision of maintenance, repairs and tests.

You will coordinate resources, report progress, and coach junior engineers while ensuring adherence to procedures. Fluent English and Cantonese are required; a high diploma in related fields and 3–5 years of BMS service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High diploma in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of service experience in building management systems or related engineering works.
• Proven field service supervision experience.
• Knowledge of Building Management System or Building Automation preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works execution for maintenance service and minor retrofitted works.
• Control and utilize resources to achieve targets.
• Build long-term relationships with end-customers and respond to requests.
• Ensure timely reporting of monthly works progress to the manager.
• Manage on-site activities including repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports.
• Follow company procedures and protocols.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.

Requirements

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• High diploma graduate in Mechanical / Building Services/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 - 5 years’ service experiences in the related fields and engineering works of building management system
• Proven field service supervision experience
• Knowledge of Building Management System or Building Automation is preferred
• Aspiring to develop into a team leadership role
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
