You will partner with managers, harness AI-driven sourcing, maintain accurate HR data, support training programs, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Fresh graduates welcomed; English, Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency required.

• Maintain HR databases, track training progress, and assist with HR projects.

• Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring for high-volume frontline and operational roles, creating a smooth, engaging candidate experience from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Tech-Driven Sourcing: Source and evaluate candidates across multiple channels, leveraging digital campaigns and emerging AI recruiting tools to speed up screening and matching.
• Onboarding & Training Execution: Lead new hire onboarding, coordinate orientation agendas, and support the logistics of internal training programs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with managers and department heads to align training programs with business goals and team needs.
• HR Operations: Keep databases updated, track training progress, and assist with general HR projects.

Who Is Our Right Fit

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in learning and development, recruitment, or general HR (fresh graduates are welcome!).
• Tech Interest: Keen interest in adopting emerging HR tech and AI recruiting platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with internal stakeholders and external partners.
