Job summary

TAG Aviation, a leader in business aviation with a global footprint including Asia, seeks a Safety Admin to support SMS operations and compliance. You will assist audits, investigate safety occurrences, and help implement risk controls.

Ideal candidates hold an aviation-related degree, excel in English, and can coordinate safety programs and training across our Hong Kong operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• A basic understanding of aviation regulations and SMS principles will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS).
• Assist in conducting internal safety and compliance audits per the audit programme.
• Coordinate in safety occurrences investigation and monitor preventive recommendations.
• Assist in risk assessments to identify potential hazards under guidance.
• Support the collection and monitoring trends of Safety Performance Indicators (SPI).
• Participate in safety committee meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate the planning of safety promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
• Support the administration of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme.
• Maintain and update internal manuals and documentation.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support safety and compliance operations.

• Candidates with a strong interest in aviation will also be considered
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
