Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited, a premier hospitality operator, seeks an Assistant Manager - Akira Back to lead daily dining operations and coach a front-of-house team in HK. You will oversee service standards, staff training, and guest satisfaction while driving revenue through thoughtful upselling and superb service.

Role requires 5+ years in hotel or large catering, strong English skills, and a proven ability to manage competing priorities during peak service times.

Qualifications

• 5 years or above relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position.
• Good managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of guest service standards, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, timely, and impeccable guest service.
• Oversee daily floor operations during service, ensuring seamless service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and restaurant standards.
• Maintain high standards for product knowledge, service recovery, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Upsell the popular items in order to generate more revenues for the restaurant.
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required
