Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering differentiated service to high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate with business support to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of service.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Assist Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of client relationships.
• Serve as main contact point for client instructions, fund payments and loan disbursement requests.
