Job summary

Asia Progress Executive Limited is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for Global Private Banking to support a growing client base in Greater China. You will assist the Relationship Manager with client portfolios, market updates, and the execution of trades across FX, equities, funds, and structured products.

The role requires 3–5 years of private banking or wealth management experience, a banking/finance degree, and HKSI licenses 1,7,8.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably majoring in banking/finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager in private banking or wealth management.
• HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager to support Greater China Markets/portfolio of clients.
• Provide investments market updates and execution of OTC listed trades, FX, options, equities, funds and structured products.
• Prepare marketing materials and trade proposals, investment and deposit transactions.
• Provide business management support to assure efficient and smooth completion of trade execution.
• Manage and follow up on new account opening and closure documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Taking and executing private banking clients' orders, mainly for Hong Kong market including money market, securities, structure products, FX transactions.
• Support Relationship Manager, handle and resolve daily queries from clients.
• Assist with completing sales documentation and related processes e.g. client profiling / KYC.

Responsibilities

Assist Relationship manager to support their Greater China Markets/portfolio of clients

Provide investments market updates and execution of the OTC listed investment trade , FX , Option , equities , funds and structured products, FX Swap, Accumulators, Decumulators, Fx Option, mutual funds. etc

Prepare marketing materials and quotas, trade execution, credit proposals, investment and deposit transactions

Provide Business management support to assure efficient and smooth completion of trade execution

Manage and follow up on new account opening and closure documentation to ensure full compliance to the requirement before passing the documents

Taking and executing private banking clients' orders, mainly for Hong Kong market including money market, securities, structure products, FX transactions, etc.

Support Relationship Manager, handle and resolve daily queries from clients

Assist with completing sales documentation and related processes e.g. client profiling / KYC

Requirements

Degree holder, preferably majoring in banking/finance

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager in private banking in Foreign bankOr Wealth Management in banking industry

Good knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems includingWealth Management systems

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
