Job summary

PeopleLink Services Limited seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager for a Global Private Bank. You will support the Private Banker, execute trades for high-net-worth clients, and prepare reports while ensuring full compliance with bank policies.

The role requires a Finance-related degree, HKSI and IIQE licenses, and at least 5 years of private banking experience with Greater China exposure. Mandarin and English fluency are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline.
• HKSI license Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Papers I & III.
• At least 5 years of solid working experience in private banking with Greater China exposure preferred.
• Solid experience supporting Private Bank Relationship Manager.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded support to Private Banking Relationship Manager.
• Perform trade execution for high-net-worth clients across equities, bonds, FX, structure products, funds, etc.
• Prepare marketing materials, trade execution, credit proposals, and investment/ funding transactions.
• Handle new account openings and closure documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Respond to client queries and liaise with internal/external parties for requests.
• Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies; monitor for money-laundering risks.

Assistant Relationship Manager, Global Private Bank (Multiple openings)

A reputable Global Private Bank is looking for a high-caliber Assistant (multiple vacancies) to support the Private Banker and provide extra-ordinary customer service to High-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide all-rounded support to Private Banking Relationship Manager

Perform trade execution for HNW clients, from receiving investment instructions from clients, products not limited to Equities, Bonds, FX, Structure Products, ELN, Accumulator/Decumulator, Mutual Funds etc

Prepare marketing materials and quotas, trade execution, credit proposals, investment and funding transactions

Manage and follow up on new account opening and closure documentation to ensure full compliance to the requirement before passing the documents

Attend to general client queries; liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-up

Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management

Fully comply with regulatory requirement and bank policies and guidelines, and conduct business in a compliance-conscious manner and alert to the potential risks of money laundering and other undesirable transactions/activity

Requirements:

Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline

Holder HKSI license Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper I & III

At least 5 years of solid working experience in private banking, solid experience in Greater China, HK and Taiwan Markets are highly preferred

Solid experience in supporting Private Bank Relationship Manager is MUST

Familiar with investment products in private banking field

Work independent, strong interpersonal skills and communicating effectively

Fluent to Native in Mandarin and English are highly preferred
