CEB International Investment Corporation Limited in Wan Chai is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Wealth Management Department. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to manage clients and services, acting as a primary contact for selected clients and handling daily administration.

• 1-3 years’ experience in relationship management assistant or similar
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication skills and problem solving skills
• Previous wealth management experience preferred

Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, including managing daily administrative tasks, client servicing and ensure proper compliance guidelines

Assist in client account opening, trade execution and account periodic review

Ensure effective and timely management of all aspects of customer service delivery, including securities trading and other transactions

ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in relationship management assistant or similar

Strong analytical, prioritization, communication skills and problem solving skills

Previous wealth management experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Master is a plus

Work closely with your RM and become responsible to assist in serving the clients

Act as the primary point of contact for a selection clients, including managing daily administration, client servicing and attend to compliance requirements.

Assist clients in account openings, trade execution, periodic reviews, and administrative support.
