Job summary

Great Spirit Construction Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tendering and contract administration on modern construction projects. The role offers hands-on exposure and a clear career path within a growing team.

You will assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation and progress reporting, liaising with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to monitor costs and variations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of QS experience in construction, E&M or fitting-out projects.
• Knowledge of tendering and contract administration is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Prepare subcontract documents and payment valuations.
• Monitor project costs and variations.
• Support contract administration and project reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
