Job summary

Intrafor Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Hong Kong. You will assist in procurement and creation of sub-contracts and work orders, perform valuations and payments for sub-contracts and labour-only contracts, and support the main contractor and clients with various payment processes.

You will also handle submission of CIC/PCFB documents, assist in variation valuation build-ups, and contribute to the maintenance of variation registers along with other

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities
