Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support main contracts and subcontracts on our construction projects. You will handle cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, and manage contractual claims.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years of relevant experience on the main contractor side, and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in main contractor side.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh Graduated will be considered as AssistantQuantity Surveyor.
