Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive under tight deadlines.
• A highly responsible, reliable professional with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing); experience with ordering systems is highly regarded.
