Chinachem Group is seeking an Assistant Property Officer (Residential) to support daily property operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security. You will handle residents' inquiries and coordinate with service contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies, supporting handovers and facility licenses.

You should have Form 5/HKDSE or above in property management or related fields, at least 1 year of experience, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with good

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Property Management.
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Assist team supervisor to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.
• Handle residents' enquiries and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them.
• Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies.
• Assist the handover / takeover of premises.
• Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities.
• Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events.

Assistant Property Officer (Residential)

How you will make an impact:

Assist team supervisor to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.

Handle residents'enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them

Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies

Assist the handover / takeover of premises

Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities

Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events

What we are looking for:

Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines

Minimum 1 years working experience in PropertyManagement

Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required

Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
