Job summary

Chinachem invites applications for an Assistant Property Officer to support daily property management tasks across commercial properties in Hong Kong. The role focuses on service quality, contractor liaison, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to grow within a market-leading real estate group.

Applicants should have HKDSE, relevant licenses, and strong communication in English and Mandarin; familiarity with MS Office is preferred; a self-motivated, service-oriented mindset will help

Qualifications

• Form 5, HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
• Holder of Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner license will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Property Officer

Responsibilities

• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided as required
• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport
• Assist the manager in provide high-quality property management services
• Answer enquiries, handle complaints and resolve problems
• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of commercial properties
• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
