Modern Living Property Management Limited seeks an Assistant Property Manager / Property Officer in Hong Kong to carry out general property management duties for Public Rental Housing.Candidates should have a Higher Diploma or above and at least three years of related experience.

The role requires strong English and Chinese language skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus a Property Management Practitioner Licence (T1/T2).

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above (local institutions).
• Level 3 / Grade C or above HKDSEE / HKCEE, or Grade E or above in HKALE in Chinese Language is a must.
• Property Management Practitioner Licence (T1 / T2) is required.
• At least three years experience related to Property Management.
