Job summary

China Merchants Property Management (Overseas) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a capable Property Management Officer to support daily operations of a service apartment and commercial building, coordinating with tenants and service providers to ensure smooth handovers, fit-outs and reinstatement processes.

The role requires 2-5 years in property management, diploma or above, strong people and client-management skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; PMP Tier 1 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years’ experience in property management.
• Excellent people management and client relationships.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of property and customer services for commercial building.
• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Review and ensure all policies and procedures are fit for-purpose;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management.
• Coordinate with tenants for handover, takeover, fitting-out and reinstatement work process.
• Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
