Rec-Engineering-Co-Ltd is seeking an experienced project manager for railway/infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. The role involves planning, coordinating, supervising sites and managing interfaces with clients, contractors and consultants.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Building Services, HKIE qualification or equivalent, and 10–15 years of relevant experience, including experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Formación

Degree or above in Electrical or Building Services
Qualified by HKIE or equivalent international credential
10–15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects
Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Applications
Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, a good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

Perform project planning,, coordination, site supervision and overall project management;
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants , direct contractors and sub-contractors;
Attend interface, site meeting, workshop;
Prepare interfacing document and meeting notes;
Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or above in Electrical or Building Servcies discipline;
Qualified by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or other equivalent and approved internationally accredited institution;
A minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects;
Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above;
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
