Job summary

Biocline Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to support construction delivery through documentation, coordination and site supervision at hospital/medical gas projects. You will liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure schedules, installations, and commissioning meet timelines and standards.

The role requires on-site experience, strong coordination and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in BS/ BEng/ MEng or equivalent.
• Experience in contractors or consultancy work in E&M Industrial plant or other engineering project.
• On-site experience in Hospital projects/ Medical gas is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience will be Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager.
• Candidate with less experience will be Assistant Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project documentation, approvals and statutory applications.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support site supervision and monitor construction progress.
• Conduct site inspections and attend site meetings.
• Assist with installation, testing and commissioning works.
• Provide engineering, technical, and administrative support throughout the project.
• Ensure project activities follow the planned schedule and meet deadlines.
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with architects, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Prepare tenders, cost estimates, and quotations.
