Effort Engineering Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager - Electrical to lead project execution and oversee electrical installation works on-site.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, with 8+ years’ experience; chartered membership (HKIE/MIET/MCIBSE) preferred. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in handling Data Centre projects is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team for the project execution and management.
• Monitor the progress and quality of electrical installation works.
• Coordinate and monitor the installation site work and handover to clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines

Experience in handling Data Centre projects is an advantage

Work in construction site/ site office

At least 8 years relevant experience (< 8 years will be considered as an Assistant Project Manager)

Chartered membership of HKIE / MIET / MCIBSE / preferred

Good command of spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English

Good interpersonal and communication skillsand being a good team leader

Immediate available is highly preferred
