Job summary

Shui On Construction Company Limited is seeking an experienced professional to plan, organize and control the execution of construction projects, ensuring progress aligns with approved cost plans and works programmes.

The incumbent will monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and lead project teams to achieve growth and profitability while upholding the company's reputation and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction.
• At least 12 years site management experience in building construction, with a minimum 3 years’ project management experience
• Sufficient experience across the broad spectrum of technology to appreciate the significance of the contributions of others and be able to identify and deal with problems effectively and efficiently
• Well-developed powers of leadership and also be receptive to new ideas

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control execution and monitor progress per the approved cost plan and works programme.
• Complete the project(s) as scheduled at the specified quality standards to achieve growth and profitability and promote the company's reputation and image.
