• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the creation of design concepts and proposals, including sketches and drawings.

Spazio Design Studio Limited, a leading interior commerical design & build firm in Wan Chai, is seeking a talented Assistant Project Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative design solutions for our diverse range of clients. Whether working on commercial projects, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of our design visions.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the creation of design concepts and proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings
• Collaborating with the design team to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior design solutions
• Sourcing and selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the project vision
• Preparing detailed design documentation, including specifications and project timelines
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing support throughout the construction and installation phases
• Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to enhance our design offering

What we’re looking for

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architecture studio (for Assistant Project Designer)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
• Able to multi-task to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, be proactive and able to work in team environment
• Willing to work under pressure, overtime and able to work independently
