Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an interior design professional to support space planning and create 2D/3D designs for client projects in Hong Kong.

You will prepare drawings, renderings, and presentations while coordinating with clients and colleagues to deliver functional, aesthetic spaces.

Requirements include a degree in interior design, 1–3 years' experience, fluency in Cantonese and English, and proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in interior design or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in interior design or related field.
• Workplace/office design experience is advantageous.
• Experience in interior working drawings is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Degree/diploma in interior design/architectural studies or relevance;
• 1-3 years' experience in interior design or a related field;
• Workplace/office design experience is advantageous;
• Experience in preparation of interior working drawings will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Enscape3D is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Communicates ideas openly and thrives on collaboration.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and quick to turn around 3D visuals.
