E F Design Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support on residential developments. You will report directly to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, coordinate on-site activities, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth communication among all parties on site.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential projects.
• Self-motivated and detail-minded.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Aufgaben

• Report to Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager directly.
• Monitors site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on-site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site.
