Job summary

TCC Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent assistant to support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor. The role involves coordinating with the main contractor, monitoring site progress, and preparing essential documents.

You will prepare technical reports, track major material deliveries and OT working arrangements, take site measurements, and ensure clear written English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in building construction studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year in fitting-out and site supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Site Supervisor to coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress; prepare documents.
• Prepare technical reports and detailed drawings or plans.
• Follow up major materials deliveries and OT working arrangements.

6 working days per week, Monday - Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
