Job summary

Manpower Group, a listed company specialising in building materials, is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee site operations, conduct inspections and coordinate with stakeholders on government-funded projects. Replacement PC role reports to the Project Director.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, has at least 2 years of site experience, and is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on construction site experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with a HK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor site inspections to assess construction quality, workmanship standard and overall progress of renovation and new development projects.
• Oversee on-site construction operations, continuously monitor project milestones and submit timely progress updates and reports.
• Liaise and communicate with consultants, main contractors and site residents to resolve product-related matters and on-site operational issues.
• Compile, organise and maintain all site-related paperwork, technical documents and progress reports for project records and internal review.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction or other relevant academic fields.

• Possess at least 2 years of hands‑on construction site working experience.

• Diligent, accountable and detail‑focused working attitude; strong team player who can work under pressure and maintain good punctuality.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese for daily site and business communication.

• Candidates with a valid Hong Kong driving license, clean driving record and familiarity with local road networks are highly preferred.

• Competent in computer operations including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD software.

• Immediate availability is prioritized for this role.
