Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Environmental Science, Green Technology, Cosmetic Science or related.
• Experience in tertiary education is required.
• Competence in teaching and course administration.
• Strong communication skills and English as the medium of instruction.
• A distinguished record of peer‑reviewed publications and conferences.
• Industrial or professional experience in the related fields is preferred.
• A track record of applied research and funding is advantageous.
• Senior Lecturer consideration for those not meeting all requirements for Assistant Professor.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking course planning, development, coordination and delivery in environmental science or related areas.
• Participating in programme development, quality assurance and accreditation exercises.
• Conducting scholarly activities, publishing and seeking external research funding.
• Leading and promoting research collaborations with academic and industrial partners.
• Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Supporting student development activities including mentoring and experiential learning.
• Engaging in School and University-wide activities and administration.
