Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a proactive individual to support underwriting activities for commercial and personal lines under supervision. You will assist in portfolio management, data documentation, and coordinate with distribution channels and brokers to ensure smooth workflow.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years’ experience in insurance, are proficient in Mandarin and English, and are eager to learn and develop in the industry.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in insurance, GI, or financial lines preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
• IA license is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Eager to learn and develop in the insurance industry
• Out-going personality with good communication skills
• Willing to undertake secondment work at a broker office in Quarry Bay
